REPLACE MAIN DRY VALVES

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Keyport is seeking information from potential contractors to identify parties with the resources and interest to perform mechanical and electrical upgrades in a building. The upgrades include three primary tasks: fire suppression system repair, breathing air system upgrade, and electrical and lighting work. The request for capability information does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), and submission of any information in response to this announcement is purely voluntary. • The fire suppression system repair involves replacing main dry valves that are causing the fire system compressor to run excessively. • The breathing air system upgrade involves demolishing the existing breathing air filtration system and replacing it with a modern, upgraded system. • The electrical and lighting work involves installing new, adequate lighting over the hot water tanks.
