The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking a contractor to provide services for the Kentucky Abandoned Storage Tank and Orphan Well Reclamation Program (KASTOW). The contractor will be responsible for plugging and remediating orphan wells in Floyd County. The proposed solution should include a detailed work plan, equipment list, and cost proposal. The contractor will be evaluated based on their experience, project history, equipment, and cost proposal.
