RFB 2026-064 Phase I — Manhole Rehabilitation Program – Utilities Department

The City of Laredo is seeking bids for the rehabilitation or reconstruction of 90 sanitary sewer manholes within the City of Laredo sanitary sewer system. The project includes the installation of fiberglass manholes, coating, and other related work. Bidders are required to submit a satisfactory cashier's or certified check, or bidder's bond, payable without recourse to the order of the City of Laredo, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid.
