White City VA PM of Armstrong Digital Recirculation Valves

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide annual preventive maintenance services for three Digital Recirculation Valves (DRVs) installed at the VA Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center & Clinics (SORCC) in White City, Oregon. The contractor will be responsible for performing tasks such as inspecting and replacing O-rings, verifying motor and gear drive functions, and cleaning supply strainers. The contractor must use trained, qualified technicians and comply with all VA, OSHA, and facility safety regulations. The contract will be for a base year and four option years. • The contractor must perform all work per manufacturer specifications, VA policy, OSHA standards, and facility work controls. • The contractor must submit a complete written service report upon completion, including findings and recommendations. • The contractor must comply with all VA, OSHA, and facility safety regulations.
