Denton ISD is seeking vendors to provide transportation parts, supplies, services, equipment, and repairs. The proposal will be awarded to multiple vendors, and all purchases will be made on an as-needed basis. The initial term of the proposal is from June 9, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with four successive auto-renewals, each consisting of a one-year term. • The proposal requires vendors to provide pricing based on a discount from the most current manufacturer's price list or catalog, or proposer's fixed price list, or a combination of both, with indefinite quantities. • All interested vendors, including sole source providers, are encouraged to respond to this request for proposal in its entirety. • Proposal evaluations may be impacted by missing or incomplete information during the review process. • Questions regarding the meaning or interpretation of this proposal shall be requested within the eBidding portal no later than 12:00 pm on April 22, 2026.
