Budget estimate

$200,000 – $750,000

The estimated magnitude of construction is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. The budget estimation is based on the estimated construction cost, and the A-E firm's fee is typically a percentage of the construction cost. Assuming an average fee of 10% to 15% of the construction cost, the budget estimation for the A-E firm would be between $200,000 and $750,000.
