TJO Storage Area and Security Upgrade

The United States Army Corps of Engineers- Chicago District is seeking contractors for the Thomas J. O Brien Lock Storage Area and Security Fence Upgrades project in Chicago, Illinois. The project involves building a storage area with a chain link fence, expanding the boat ramp gates, and increasing the height of the security chain link fence. The contractor must provide trained, certified, and equipped personnel for all safety operations in accordance with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers EM 385-1-1 standards. • The project is reserved exclusively for small business concerns with a size standard of $19.0 million. • The magnitude of cost for construction is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. • Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and the Department of Defense Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) system to access the solicitation and submit bids. • Quotes must be submitted electronically via the PIEE online submission system.
