Phase 1-Pinewood Knolls Interconnection DWSRF #19146

The Pinewood Knolls Interconnection project involves the extension of an 8-inch watermain from NYS Rt 82 to Pinewood Knolls Water District and to Clove Branch Apartments, as well as the razing of a Water Treatment Plant and the abandonment of two public wells. The project also includes the construction of a water meter building. This is a prevailing wage project with a total MWBE participation goal of 30% and a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal of 6%. The contract term is 6 months. Key responsibilities will include: • 8-inch watermain extension • Razing of Water Treatment Plant • Abandonment of two public wells • Construction of water meter building The project is located in the Town of East Fishkill, Dutchess County, and bids are due by 10/28/2025.
