Multiple NSN/PNs for Patriot Missile

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is issuing a solicitation to add parts to the Subsumable Contract under the Long-Term Contract Umbrella Contract. The associated parts are listed in Enclosure 1 and will support the Patriot Missile and other systems. The solicitation is sole sourced to Raytheon Company. The proposal should include proposed order sizes, evidence-based delivery schedules, and ranges of Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) and Best Estimated Quantities (BEQ). The Government expects the Offeror to propose only the quantities or ranges that can be supported and is open to negotiating any items related to quantity or price ranges. • The parts will support the Patriot Missile and other systems. • The solicitation is sole sourced to Raytheon Company. • The proposal should include proposed order sizes, evidence-based delivery schedules, and ranges of MOQ and BEQ. • The Government expects the Offeror to propose only the quantities or ranges that can be supported. • The Offeror may propose alternative sole source parts for the requested items provided the alternative parts have the same form, fit, and function. • The Offeror shall notify the Government immediately if the items or services being solicited are not sole source to Raytheon.
