Description
The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is seeking a vendor to repair an AC motor. The vendor must have access to specific NAVSEA drawings and a Property Management System to support Government Furnished Property. The vendor must be within a reasonable driving distance of Naval Base Point Loma in San Diego, CA. The contract will be awarded to the responsible vendor whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, considering technical acceptability, adherence to schedule, experience, and price.
• Technical acceptability: The vendor must meet the minimum requirements of the solicitation and document their capabilities.
• Adherence to schedule: The vendor must provide their best and fastest schedule, and award may be made to the vendor who can provide the soonest execution.
• Experience: The vendor must provide evidence of recent and relevant experience successfully performing these services in the past.
• Price: All prices will be determined to be fair and reasonable in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation.
