Remove conduits and piping. Partial demolition of walls, doors, frames, flooring and ceiling. Abatement scope is as per the reports, final drawings are to be issued concurrently. Architectural Scope Patch and install walls, ceilings, and floors. Install new ceilings after MEP installations. Furnish and install doors, frames, and hardware. Required interior finishing and masonry work. New partition wall with all associated finishes. Supply - doors, frames and associated hardware, construction material like ceiling, GWB. Mechanical Scope Replacement of ductwork with associated dampers, smoke detectors, etc. Upgrades to the Building Management System (BMS) including all associated controls. Supply - mechanical equipment Electrical Scope Supply and install new light fixtures. Relocate existing light fixtures. Provide new connections to the mechanical equipment. Install new fire alarm systems as per plans and the new extension. Supply - light fixtures, exit signs Fire Protection Scope Modifications to the fire alarm system to incorporate new fire alarm devices. All associated controls and tying into the existing system. Sprinkler Work All associated sprinkler work includes new connections and new heads. Tie into existing main lines to install new branches for the new installations. Relocate existing heads based on project requirements.
