The Owner will receive sealed bids from Contractors in Solarium Conference Room, Georgia War Veterans Nursing Home 1101 15th Street, Augusta, Georgia 30901 for the construction of 22-05.08 GWVNH Classroom Addition. The project involves modifying and adding to an existing smoke room to a clinical training room. Work is limited to an existing administration suite and smoke room. Neither existing building occupancy nor existing components of means of egress are affected by the work.
• The project requires a mandatory pre-bid conference on November 13, 2025, at 02:00 PM.
• The bid submission deadline is December 3, 2025, at 02:00 PM ET.
