Description
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) is soliciting quotes for the procurement of Nexyn Corporation oscillators on a brand name only basis. The requirement is for a firm fixed price purchase order, and the contractor must provide a unique item identifier (IUD) for all delivered items. The contractor must also comply with the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 requirements. The Government intends to award a contract to a small business, and the contract will be for a base requirement with optional quantities. The delivery date is 01/15/2027, and options may be exercised within 12-24 months of the award date.
• The contractor must provide proof that it is an authorized reseller of the required brand name item.
• The contractor must quote the required brand name item, no substitutions, in the required quantity.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to cybersecurity and counterfeit parts.
• The contractor must provide a point of contact, including phone number and email address, and must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award.
