THRIVE TRACK BID

The Livonia Public Schools are seeking a qualified contractor to design and construct the 2026 “Thrive Fitness Track” at Garfield Community School (10218 Arthur St, Livonia, MI 48150). The scope includes demolition of existing basketball hoops and asphalt, grading, drainage and utility relocation, installation of a 9‑ft synthetic turf and poured‑in‑place rubber surface, new asphalt paving, concrete curbing, landscaping (tree planting, topsoil and seed restoration), and delivery/installation of outdoor fitness equipment (shade structures, benches, ADA tables, rowing machines, etc.). The contractor must verify utility locations, manage storm‑drain installation, adhere to landscape architect specifications, and provide maintenance for plant establishment and surface curing.
