Request for Proposals – General Grant Coordination, Grant Management, and Project Management

The City of Mobile is soliciting experienced firms or individuals to provide comprehensive grant coordination, management, and project management services for its Community Project Fund (CPF) grant. The CPF provides $50,000,000 in funding that must be drawn down by August 31, 2031. Proposers must demonstrate relevant experience and submit a sealed bid by the July 8, 2026 deadline. The award will go to the qualified bidder that best meets the solicitation criteria and can effectively manage the grant lifecycle, reporting, and compliance. • Scope includes coordinating grant applications, managing award disbursement, and overseeing project execution. • Requires development of project schedules, budgets, performance reporting, and compliance monitoring. • Bidders must provide evidence of prior experience with large‑scale public‑sector grant programs and project management.
