Description
The United States Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center is requesting quotations for the purchase of three Vaneaxial Fans, NSN: 4140-01-161-0793, P/N: MA10AF. The estimated cost per fan is $28,387.00. The fans are required for ventilation purposes on a ship, and the loss of these fans would severely degrade the ship's capability. The Coast Guard did not purchase the manufacturer's proprietary data rights, and therefore, cannot develop an appropriate purchase description for full and open competition. The vendor listed, FM AF, LLC, is the only known provider meeting system requirements.
• The fans must be individually packaged according to MIL-STD-129R and marked according to MIL-STD-2073-1E.
• Quotes should be FOB Destination, and the shipping address is USCG SFLC, Receiving Room, BLDG. 88, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226.
• The award will be made on an all-or-none basis to a responsible offeror whose offer is the most advantageous to the Government, with the award being the lowest price technically acceptable.
