Description
The United States Space Force’s Mission Delta 9 (MD9) is conducting market research to shape an enterprise Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) that will enhance its operational, training, and sustainment capabilities across space and ground domains. Interested industry parties are asked to complete an online RFI questionnaire and, if not already done, submit an unclassified capability statement. The effort seeks to identify commercial solutions that can support a wide range of future Areas of Interest (AOIs), which may vary in security classification and funding levels. This RFI does not constitute a binding contract request; all costs incurred by respondents are at their own expense.
• Provide input on the unclassified enterprise CSO and complete the “MD9 Enterprise CSO Industry RFI Questionnaire.”
• Submit an unclassified capability statement if one has not already been provided.
• The questionnaire closing date is 12 Oct 2026 (3:00 pm MST).
