NNMC, Non-PSC for Nocturnist Physician Services

The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide nocturnist (overnight hospitalist) physician services for the Internal Medicine Department at the Northern Navajo Medical Center (NNMC) in Shiprock, NM. The contractor must supply a board‑certified internal‑medicine (or family‑medicine) physician to cover 1,040 hours per six‑month base period, with up to four additional six‑month options (total possible performance of 30 months). The work includes admitting and managing adult patients, ICU coverage, bedside procedures, documentation in the electronic health record, and compliance with HIPAA, EMT‑ALA, and IHS policies. The award will be set‑aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) vendors, requiring 100 % ownership by a qualifying tribe or qualifying Indian‑owned small business.
