Description
The Department of the Air Force is seeking a contractor to repair F-16 SST CCA components. The contract will be a five-year, firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, parts, materials, and equipment to fulfill the contract requirements. The contract uses Best Estimated Quantities (BEQ) to establish a realistic estimate of the total quantity of repairs needed.
• The contractor must include a DD1348-1 when assets are shipped.
• DCMA Quality Assurance Representatives (QARs) will not approve or sign the DD1348-1, but will ensure a DD1348-1 is included with each returned asset.
• The Government is not obligated to order any specific quantity of services.
• The contractor is not entitled to any price adjustments if the Government does not order the estimated quantities.
