The DLA Aviation - Ogden, DLR Procurement Operations/AUB is seeking a quotation for the procurement of VALVE, FLOW CONTROL. The required quantity is 3 units. The item is for FMS customers and has a priority rating for national defense, emergency preparedness, and energy program use. The contractor shall comply with the standard(s) listed in the technical specifications applicable to the item. The contractor shall provide a unique item identifier for the delivered items. The contractor shall also provide supply chain traceability documentation. The documentation shall include basic item description, part number, drawing or specification, national stock number, manufacturing source, and clear identification of the name and location of all supply chain intermediaries between the manufacturer and the government acceptance. • The contractor shall provide range pricing for the following ranges: 1 to 2 EA, 3 to 4 EA, 5 to 10 EA, 11 to 15 EA, and 16 EA +. • The contractor shall provide a firm fixed price for the required quantity. • The contractor shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor shall provide all necessary documentation and certifications.
