Description
The Town of Winchester is seeking responses from qualified firms/individuals to provide professional services associated with a Recodification of the Winchester Zoning Bylaw. The contract will be awarded to the responsible and responsive proposer whose Qualifications Proposal is determined to be most advantageous to the Town based on the evaluation criteria set forth in the RFP.
• The RFP is available for pickup at the Winchester Town Manager’s Office or by emailing [email protected].
• Addenda will be sent via email to all plan holders that have registered with the Town Manager’s office.
• Questions regarding the RFP must be written and e-mailed to [email protected].
• The Town of Winchester reserves the right to reject any or all proposals to ensure the best value and outcome for the Town.
