Description
The US government is seeking a telecommunications provider to start a 10MB commercial circuit within Europe. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items, and the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) source selection process will be used to evaluate quotes. The requested service date and acceptance criteria are outlined in the attached RFQ. The provider must comply with the specified commercial item terms and conditions.
• The provider must comply with FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Products and Commercial Services
• The provider must comply with FAR 52.212-3 (Alternate I), Offeror Representations and Certifications- Commercial Products and Commercial Services
• The provider must comply with FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services
• The provider must comply with FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders- Commercial Products and Commercial Services, paragraph (a) and the selected clauses in paragraph (b)
