The USDA APHIS Wildlife Services facility in Millville, Utah requires a small‑business vendor to supply and install high‑density polyethylene (HDPE) bird netting to enclose six animal pens. The work includes removal of existing chain‑link fencing on interior divider posts, provision of new cables and hardware, and installation of netting that can withstand local snow loads.
