Description
The City of San Antonio is seeking a qualified vendor to design, print, finish, and deliver a series of nine “Violation Notice” booklet forms used by police, parking, code‑compliance and other enforcement agencies. The contract is awarded on an annual basis and will require the ability to produce high‑volume, multi‑part booklets with specific paper stocks, color schemes, perforations, and cover constructions. The vendor must be registered in the city’s SAePS portal, respond to the bid by the May 27, 2026 deadline, and may attend an optional site‑visit for clarification.
• Produce up to 100,000 copies of various booklet‑style forms (items 1‑9) with precise specifications (80 lb cardstock, 15#‑14# paper colors, perforated pages, numbered sequencing).
• Provide flexible order quantities (750‑4,350 books per order) and handle intermittent ordering throughout the year.
• Manage artwork updates (up to 60‑day notice) and deliver finished booklets to city storage facilities in San Antonio, TX.
