NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCEThe Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ) intends to establish a solesource contract with VIANAIR, INC., located in New York, NY to provide the following:TITLE: VIANAIR SOFTWARE SUITE LICENSE SUBSCRIPTION INCLUDING FLIGHT TRACKING, NOISE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION, PROCEDURE DESIGN, FAST-TIME SIMULATION SOFTWARE AND DATA INTEGRATION SURFACE MODELSBRIEF DESCRIPTION: Vianair, Inc. is the sole vendor of the specialized and integrated suite of software with the capability of modeling airspace, flight tracking, flight procedure, environmental impacts, noise performance evaluation, operational analysis and flight path simulation. These software products help ensure operationally efficient and environmentally friendly implementation of airspace and flight procedure changes.The product needs to include the capacity for system integration of all services to allow for the ability to simplify data points with the goal of producing a holistic design approach for procedure design, noise analysis, modeling, flight tracking and large-scale simulation.Firms who believe they can compete for this requirement are required to submit an email with a brief statement of their intent to compete.
