Description
The City of Chickamauga is seeking a qualified consulting firm to provide comprehensive grant administration and related services for federally‑funded community and economic development projects, beginning with HUD’s Community Project Funding (CPF) grant. The scope includes: • Blight remediation and streetscape improvements • Public infrastructure upgrades and utility relocations (including underground electrical) • Coordination of environmental reviews, procurement assistance, and compliance monitoring • Ongoing reporting, labor‑standards, BABA, and close‑out services • Optional grant‑writing and administration for future CDBG, RDF, CHIP, HOME, EDA, ARC, USDA, EPA, and other federal/state programs. The contract is expected to be awarded within a year of the notice and will last approximately one year, with potential extensions for subsequent projects.
