23-04184-04 2026 Street Rehabilitation Task Order Contract Package 4

The City of San Antonio is seeking bids for the 2026 Street Rehabilitation Task Order Contract Package 4 project. The scope of the project includes construction services such as asphalt milling and overlay, seal coat, base and pavement replacement, cleaning and sealing joints and cracks, curb ramps, concrete curbs, sidewalks, driveways, concrete retaining walls, speed humps, topsoil, sodding, signage, pavement markings installation, adjusting existing valve boxes and manholes, and any other items required due to site conditions. The project requires a range of skills and services, including: • Asphaltic Concrete, Hot Laid Including Bituminous Materials • Ready-Mix Concrete • Striping: Streets, Parking Facilities, Lane Divisions, Paint, etc. • Construction, Sidewalk and Driveway, Including Pedestrian and Handicap Ramps • Paving and Resurfacing, Streets, Major and Residential • Hauling Services The city encourages attendance at the pre-bid meeting, which will be held via WebEx on October 30, 2025.
