The City of Jackson is seeking a qualified contractor to fully demolish the existing structure on 321 Creston Avenue (Parcel 611‑141) and restore the site. The contract is a sealed‑bid competitive solicitation with a 5 % bid bond, required performance and payment bonds, and extensive insurance and licensing requirements.
