On-Call Professional Consulting Services for Parks Projects: Construction Management Services

The County of San Mateo is seeking on-call professional consulting services for parks projects, specifically construction management services. The selected firm will provide services including project management, coordination, inspection, and administration for assigned projects. The scope of work includes pre-construction phase services, construction phase services, and project closeout services. The firm will also be responsible for maintaining project budgets, tracking schedules, and identifying project risks. The County is looking for a firm with experience in providing construction management and inspection services for public works or infrastructure projects of similar scope and complexity. • The firm must demonstrate experience in construction management and inspection services. • The firm must provide a dedicated, qualified Project Manager and/or Resident Engineer. • The firm must hold valid California professional licenses as required. • The firm must maintain appropriate insurance coverage, including general liability, professional liability, and workers’ compensation. • The firm must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and standards. The County will evaluate proposals based on firm qualifications, team qualifications, price proposal, and preferential points for local businesses and non-profits.
