NEWRF Filter #4 Drain Valve Actuator - QTY One (1) Flowserve Limitorque Model MXB-40WP460/26 Smart Electric Valve Actuator

The City of St. Petersburg is seeking to procure one Flowserve Limitorque Model MXB-40WP460/26 Smart Electric Valve Actuator as a replacement for the existing EIM brand valve actuator at the North East Water Reclamation Facility. The City intends to upgrade to a Limitorque electric valve actuator with integral motor starter contactors housed within the actuator enclosure. The scope of work includes furnishing and delivering the specified valve actuator, with no substitutions or equivalent products accepted. The vendor shall provide a minimum two-year warranty from the date of final acceptance by the City. • The valve actuator must be compatible with the existing valve mounting bracket and valve stem. • The assembly shall be furnished as a complete OEM factory package requiring no field modification to the existing valve, mounting interface, or control architecture. • The vendor shall provide a single point of contact, a dedicated account manager, to administer the agreement. • The City shall provide a point of contact, a City Project Manager, to administer the agreement and assist with planning, strategy, and objectives.
