Description
The U.S. Government is seeking competitive lease proposals for as-is, fully finished and furnished office space for administrative operations in support of law enforcement in Cleveland/Brooklyn Heights, OH. The required space should have a minimum of 7,500 square feet and a maximum of 10,001 square feet, with 45-60 private offices and the balance delivered as cubicles/workstations. The space should also have at least one conference room, a dedicated server room, and meet the Facility Security Level (FSL) II minimum. The lease term will be 10 years, with 5 years firm. The evaluation will be based on the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer.
• The space must be modern, high-quality, and suitable for professional use.
• The space must be delivered fully furnished, including systems furniture, private office furnishings, conference tables/chairs, and storage.
• The offered rates must reflect the furnished delivery condition.
• The Government reserves the right to identify and consider the closest acceptable alternative if the market cannot deliver space that fully meets the requirements.
