SOLE SOURCE of WIRED 1-BUTTON REMOTES

The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for the purchase of 125 Wired 1-Button Remotes for the FCS13 RE Fire Control System. The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source only, Aimpoint Inc of Manassas Virginia. This is a sole source procurement because Aimpoint Inc is the Original Equipment Manufacturer of the FCS-13 RE Fire Control System and ancillary items. The contractor must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). The key features of the job include: • The contractor will provide Wired 1-Button Remotes, Part Number 200587, to NSWC Crane. • The contract will be a firm fixed price contract. • The delivery period is 12 weeks from the date of award. • The place of delivery is NSWC Crane, 300 Highway 361, Crane, IN 47522-5001. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to security, export control, and labor.
