Description
The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is seeking a contractor to provide electrical inserts, specifically 3 units of Electrical Insert, IAW NIIN 00-631-0852, PC 4 of DWG 1197214 REV-L, with a verified VA-CLASS insert that is not equivalent. The contractor must provide descriptive literature to show how their quotation meets the required specifications. The evaluation criteria will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). Some of the key points to be considered include:
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
• The contractor must provide a completed copy of 52.212-3 and its ALT I if not updated in SAM.
• The contractor must provide a point of contact, name, and phone number.
• The contractor must provide a Cage Code and DUNS number.
• The contractor must provide information about the country of origin for each line item.
• The contractor must provide a minimum order quantity and any quantity breaks.
• The contractor must provide information about the item's shipping and packaging.
