Lewisburg Pike (SR-106) Sidewalk & Multi-Use Path

The City of Franklin, Tennessee is seeking bids for the construction of a sidewalk and multi-use path on Lewisburg Pike. The project involves the construction of sidewalks on both sides of the road, including an at-grade pedestrian crossing, and includes multiple utility relocations, concrete curb and gutter, drainage, concrete flatwork, asphalt paving, temporary traffic control, erosion prevention and sediment control, permanent signage, and pavement markings and striping. The contractor will be required to maintain access to all residential driveways, private entrances, and shared access points within the project limits at all times. The contractor will also be required to conduct extensive coordination with all impacted residents and businesses.
