Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Tomah VA Medical Center, is conducting market research to identify qualified vendors capable of supplying orthotic blanks, cork components, Plastazote/Poron laminates, top-cover materials, and die-cut insole components required for the fabrication of custom-fit insoles. The required items include various sizes of Euro orthotic blanks, Plastazote/Poron laminates and toppings, cork components, and other components such as tape insole die cuts. Vendors must indicate their ability to supply all or part of the items listed. The following are key points about this opportunity:
• The VA seeks information from all capable sources, including VOSB/SDVOSB, Small Business, and other business classifications.
• Vendors currently holding VA FSS 65 II A or GSA MAS contracts are strongly encouraged to respond.
