Description
• Lease of ~1,200 acres for agricultural production (corn, soy, cover crops, food‑plot).
• Must follow IDNR’s Cropping Plan, environmental restrictions (no neonicotinoid seeds, no Dicamba, etc.), and submit detailed chemical, fertilizer, and seed logs each year.
• Annual lease‑payment (½ due July 15, remainder by Dec 15) secured by cash or Letter of Credit; lease‑hold tax payments also required.
• Required insurance: $1 M general liability, $2 M aggregate, $1 M auto liability, workers’ compensation.
• All reports, soil‑tests, and equipment lists must be filed with the Farm Lease Manager; failure to comply can result in immediate termination.
