UNSOLICITED PPEA PROPOSAL AND INVITATION FOR COMPETING PROPOSALS

The City of Manassas, VA has received an unsolicited proposal from MLG Construction Management LLC for a public-private partnership to purchase properties and construct a hotel, residential apartments, and a shared use parking garage. The proposal is now open for competing proposals.
