TDAP Wireline Equipment

The Tennessee Public Utility Commission (TPUC) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide specialized telecommunications equipment and accessories to deaf, blind, speech, mobility, and hard of hearing consumers throughout the State of Tennessee under the Telecommunications Devices Access Program (TDAP). The selected vendor will be responsible for supplying, configuring, and distributing telecommunications equipment and related accessories to eligible TDAP participants. The vendor will also provide individualized setup and configuration services, maintain an inventory management system, ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment, and comply with data privacy and security requirements. • The vendor will provide warranty and repair services for all distributed equipment and accessories. • The vendor will provide toll-free technical/operational/installation support service during normal business hours. • The equipment and accessories may include speech generating devices, amplified phones, TTY/TDD, voice and hearing carry over devices, large button phones, and other assistive technologies. • The vendor will work in close coordination with TPUC program staff to ensure that all services are delivered in a manner consistent with the program's mission.
