Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking a vendor to supply 56 Ultratherm 350 long life XLC lamp gen 2 (2013-2020) UV lamps rated for 16,000 hours. The lamps must be compatible with the Ultra-Aqua MR 56-350SS (ID number: 73853) UV system. The vendor must provide a total firm-fixed price covering the full requirement, including descriptive literature and warranty information. The evaluation factors will be technical acceptability, past performance, and price. The lowest-priced offeror whose quote is technically acceptable and whose past performance is acceptable will be awarded the contract.

• The vendor must provide a total firm-fixed price covering the full requirement.
• The vendor must provide descriptive literature, including pictures when applicable, that clearly identifies the proposed product and provides sufficient detail to enable the Government to determine compliance with all requirements.
• The vendor must provide warranty information and installation guidelines.
• The vendor must deliver all equipment on or before October 1, 2026.
• The vendor is responsible for all shipping, handling, and import fees.
