Job Order Contract for General Construction Services

The County of Santa Cruz is seeking proposals from licensed contractors to provide Job Order Contracting Services for general construction projects. The contract will be for a term of one year, with the option to award up to four contracts. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the projects. The contract will include a Construction Task Catalog with pre-priced tasks and unit prices, and the contractor will be required to bid on seven adjustment factors to be applied to the unit prices.
