The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking a contractor to provide a Special Connector Assembly, in accordance with the attached RFQ. The assembly must meet the required specifications, and the contractor must provide descriptive literature and traceability documentation. The evaluation criteria is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). • The contractor must provide a completed copy of 52.212-3 and its ALT I. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. • The contractor must provide a point of contact, name, and phone number. • The contractor must provide a GSA contract number, if applicable. • The contractor must provide business size under the NAICS Code. • The contractor must indicate the capability to meet all specifications and requirements.
