McCartney Rd Improvements from Trekell Rd to I-10

The City of Casa Grande is seeking a professional engineering services consultant to design the final improvements for McCartney Road from Trekell Road to I-10. The selected consultant will be responsible for preparing construction plans, special provisions, quantity computations, cost estimates, and utility stakeholder coordination. The project includes designing a four-lane divided roadway, raised landscaped median, bike lanes, curb, gutter, ADA ped ramps, drainage basins, scuppers, box culverts, detached sidewalks, driveways, utility conflict review, streetlights, traffic signal modifications, right turn lanes, pavement marking, and signage. • The project requires a topographical survey, utility locating, and mapping of surface features and landscaping. • The consultant will provide a project management plan, including a refined scope of services, project schedule, and contact information for key personnel. • The consultant will meet with the City's project manager and other stakeholders to coordinate the work effort and resolve any outstanding issues. • The consultant will prepare and provide notes from all meetings, documenting discussions and identifying action items. • The consultant will provide bi-weekly project status reports, summarizing work accomplished, work to be accomplished, issues resolved, and current issues to be addressed.
