Greenbelt Road Large Valve Vault Replacement

The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) is seeking a qualified contractor to replace a large water‑valve vault and associated water mains on Greenbelt Road in Prince George’s County, Maryland. The scope includes demolition of an existing 36‑inch vault, installation of a new 42‑inch valve vault, replacement of approximately 340 ft of 30‑inch CIP pipe, 42‑inch PCCP, 331 ft of 42‑inch DIP pipe, and related traffic, erosion, plumbing, and chlorination work. The contract will be awarded via a sealed competitive bid with a substantial‑completion schedule of 399 days.
