VALVE SAFETY RELIEF

The United States Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center is requesting quotations for the supply of Valve Safety Relief, specifically NSN 4820 12 400 9057, with a quantity of 10 each. The required delivery date is no later than 9/15/26. The contractor must provide a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3 with their quote. The packaging and marking of the items must be in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1E and MIL-STD-129. • The items must be individually packaged in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1E, Method 10, cushioned. • The items must be marked with the NSN, part number, and other required information. • The contractor must comply with all applicable FAR and DFARS clauses. • The contractor must provide a waiver request if they are a foreign incorporated entity that should be treated as an inverted domestic corporation. • The contractor must register with the System for Award Management (SAM) and provide their company Tax Information Number (TIN) with their offer.
