Renovations to Fire Station 307

The Town of Mansfield is seeking a contractor to provide construction services for the renovation of Fire Station 307. The project includes various scopes of work, and the contractor will be responsible for completing the work in the projected timeframes. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible qualified bidder, and the contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide a bid bond, cash, certified check, treasurer’s or cashier’s check in the amount of 5% of the bid payable to the Owner. • The contractor must furnish a performance bond and payment bond in the amount at least equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, if required. • The contractor must maintain insurance against claims for injuries or losses to persons or property that are alleged to have arisen in connection with activities of the contractor. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to anti-discrimination, labor, and environmental protection.
