ANNUAL RENEWAL OF THE COUNTY’S CURRENT FLEET MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE

The County of Ocean is seeking a contractor to provide annual software maintenance and support for their current fleet management system. The scope of work includes hosting, maintenance, and support for the system, as well as providing training and technical support. The successful vendor must have a minimum of five years' experience in providing software hosting, maintenance, and support for the RTA Fleet Management SaaS Platinum Hosted system. The key features of the system include tracking unlimited assets, hosting, and providing up to fifty named user logins. Some key features and services included are: • Unlimited technical support • All licensing and upgrades • Live webinar training • Annual one-on-one remote consultation • RTA Connect Conference registrations • Unlimited technical support • 6 basic and 14 advanced training videos • Simultaneous backups • Various add-ons such as Bar Cod, Best of Crystal, and EFI (Fuel or Mileage Interface) The County is looking for a detailed description of the hosting fee, maintenance, and support, including the annual software hosting fee, as part of the proposal.
