Description
The City of Worcester is seeking a qualified contractor to execute a comprehensive “Complete Street” program at multiple locations throughout the city. The work includes full‑depth excavation, utility relocation and installation (water, sewer, drainage), installation of curbing, sidewalks, curb ramps, guardrails, traffic‑sign and beacon removal, new pavement (asphalt and concrete), pavement‑marking removal and installation of thermoplastic markings, as well as associated site preparation, grading, and final clean‑up. The project is divided among eight distinct street corridors, each with its own grading and drainage plans, and must be completed in phases to meet utility, curb, and final‑completion milestones set for late 2027.
