University at Albany, SUNY intends to purchase a one-year subscription with Niche Com Incorporated under our discretionary authority, pursuant to pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority under State Finance Law §163(6), which is up to $125,000, for Marketing and Analytics Platform Services. A sealed bid will not be held.
