High School Renovation

The Anchor School is seeking a professional Construction Management (CM)/Contracting firm to manage minor renovations at their facility in Decatur, GA. The project has a hard cost limit of $100,000, including CM fees. The successful CM will be responsible for delivering the project efficiently, economically, and on time. Key responsibilities include pre-construction planning, developing proposal packages, awarding trade contracts, and managing construction through final occupancy. • The CM must demonstrate expertise in project planning, cost management, and quality assurance. • The CM must have experience working on construction projects with charter school organizations that were delivered on time and on budget. • The CM must provide a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for the cost of construction. • The CM will be held accountable for delivering the project on schedule and within the approved budget.
