The City of Alexandria is seeking vendors to provide turn‑key chlorination and dechlorination equipment for its wastewater treatment plant. The scope includes vacuum regulators, gas detectors, feed panels, water‑quality monitors, residual analyzers, and associated measure cells, all meeting detailed technical specifications and delivered freight‑pre‑paid to the Wastewater Department. The contract will be awarded on a “most‑beneficial” basis with prices fixed for at least twelve months and an optional twelve‑month extension. Vendors must supply new, current‑model equipment with manuals, warranty, and compliance with ISO‑9001 and NEMA‑4X/IP65 standards.
